"Honestly surprised by how quick they were"
I had a little issue with my order and sent them an email, not expecting to hear back anytime soon. To my surprise, they replied quickly and it actually felt like they had read what I wrote instead of sending some generic response.
They sorted everything out without turning it into a whole thing, which I really appreciated. Super easy, friendly, and way faster than I expected. I’d definitely order from them again

"Pretty decent, just not totally my thing"
I tried a couple bags from Klatch, it was fine. The beans seemed fresh and the aroma was really nice when I opened them, so I was kind of expecting more from it.
One of them had a nice body, but the other one came off a little flat and more bitter than I thought it would be. It’s not bad coffee or anything, and maybe that’s just the way that one is, but I probably wouldn’t rush to order it again...

"Fresh every time, no complaints"
I've ordered these roasts a few times now and they always taste super fresh. Just really solid coffee, never had a bad bag so far tbh

"Shipping took a bit longer than I expected"
The item showed up later than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, but the shipping was definitely kinda slow.

"Great coffee, wallet takes a beating"
The beans are seriously fresh and taste great, so I can’t really complain too much. The prices are kinda ridiculous though, like calm down, it’s coffee, not liquid gold. Still, when I’m tired of drinking that sad grocery store crap, I’ll grab a bag because it’s worth it.
